Kim Dragoo had never heard of an aesthetician or exactly what they do. So when a student studying to be one joined her salon, she paid attention. “They go to (cosmetology) school with us, but they go to work at doctor’s offices after they graduate instead of salons like us,” Ms. Dragoo said.
